Jay Hospital
Skilled Care, also referred to as swing bed, is for a patient who needs short-term rehabilitation care beyond their acute hospital stay. When you reach the point in recovery that acute care hospitalization is no longer necessary, but you are not physically able to go home, admission to Jay Hospital Skilled Care is a step forward. Once it is determined that you require skilled care, a referral will be made to Jay Hospital Skilled Care.
